Using yoga, meditation and mindfulness as her foundation, Debbie empowers her clients to take control of their lives and their bodies. She creates a nurturing environment that allows them to relax and learn to use their body, mind and spirit to achieve their goals. Most importantly, they are encouraged to apply these techniques to their daily lives so they can create lasting change.
“I love connecting with people and feel there is beauty in everyone. The transformation of clients as they become aware of their patterns and learn they have the control to change them is wonderful. Their faces glow and there is strength in their presence.
“I love that I can connect people with their bodies and allow them to enjoy being in their own skin. I firmly believe people already have the tools; they just need to learn how to use them.
“When I see clients working through their emotions and their problems in a confident, calm and peaceful way I know I have done my job. My goal is to give them the tools they need, not just for the issue at hand, but for whatever difficulties may lie ahead.”
