Body and Soul Group
This is a group for men and women who have been struggling with dieting, body image issues, and self acceptance. It will be run by a holistic therapist and a nutritionist who have 30 years of combined experience to offer you new, interesting ways of reconnecting with yourself and overcoming these eating/weight issues once and for all. It will include specific strategies for nutrition, filling the emotional void without food, and creating support for long lasting success. It will also focus on removing triggers and hurdles that have sabotaged your success in the past to help you love your body.
This is not just a support group, but a group that will create breakthroughs and long lasting results.

Holistic Boot Camp

We tailor a holistic therapeutic program that addresses your specific
issues and then provide you with an opportunity to find the strategies of coping that best suit you. A variety of issues can be addressed such as addictions, eating disorders, couples issues, infidelity, family problems, trauma, loss of direction, divorce, etc. Because we work together as a team, and have a concentrated amount of time, the program delivers breakthoughs...even if it's your first time in therapy. It's intense, but, if you’re willing to do the work, the results are tangible––and fast.
This powerful program offers sessions from a half day up
to two weeks and includes, but is not limited to, experiential therapy, breath
work, cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnotherapy and acupuncture.
